Steve Walz is the founder of RSI. With a lifelong interest in telecommunications and broadcasting, along with his experience in environmental health, safety and compliance; he saw a need for these skills and standards to be brought to the telecommuncaitons industry.  As a result, he founded RSI.

 

He has over 40 years of management experience, which includes among others; high level management positions in Fortune 100 corporations (Halliburton, and Dresser), operations, engineering, and management of environmental and safety compliance.  Mr. Walz has sat on numerous boards and committees and is nationally recognized as one of the leading authorities on electromagnetic energy exposure issues.  Steve has trained tens of thousands of people and has surveyed thousands of sites using the methods he authored in Superior Survey Techniques, which is the industry standard for RF surveys. He has written safety plans for virtually every type of organization.
